I’m looking for a part-time/contractor video editor for my YouTube channel.

You are

• Someone who understands YouTube and has edited long form YouTube videos before
• An individual (not an agency)
• Fluent in english
• Professional when it comes to timelines and commitments
• Editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Able to provide an invoice for your work

You’ll be

• Editing 10-20 minutes long form YouTube videos, on a per project basis at first

You’ll get

• Paid competitively on a per-project basis at first, then I would like to switch to a fixed monthly fee so we can keep working together
• Up to 200% bonus on your payment if the video hits certain # of views as an incentive
• To work directly with me (I edited all my videos so far, totaling 10M views and 125k subscribers) in planning the edit and storyline together.

In here there’s a 2 minute clip of unedited A-roll: edit a part of it, all of it, up to you! Try to follow the style, mood and pacing of my other existing videos. Also, add a color grade to the A-roll to make it nicer.
